Ads and Sponsors

ATTENTION:  The following Ads and Sponsors submissions are for the Annual Choir Program Booklet fundraiser through the TC West Choir Parent Organization.  This is NOT related to the TC West Musical Program.

Advertisement

(please see example sheet or reference sizes below)

Advertisements will be placed in an 8.5 x 11, full color pictorial program that is passed out to concert patrons throughout the school year.  Our audiences are usually packed so be assured that thousands of pairs of eyes will see your advertisement! 

Ads can represent a local business or charity, or they can feature one of the current students who is enrolled in choir at WSH.  

Premium Cover Advertisement* - $500

7.5" wide by 10.25" tall

* Only 3 available, excludes front cover

Full Page Ad - $400 

7.5” wide by 10.25” tall 

Half Page Ad - $200

7.5” wide by 5” tall 

Quarter Page Ad - $100 

3.75” wide by 5” tall

Business Card Ad - $50

3.5” wide by 2” tall (horizontal)

2” with by 3.5” tall (vertical)

All Ads are full color.  Advertisements should follow TCAPS’ policy of being family-oriented and should not reference any alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or adult-related products and services.  The TC West Choir Organization reserves the right to review and reject any artwork found to be inconsistent with TCAPS’ educational objectives and/or board policy and guidelines. 

To donate an Advertisement, please have camera-ready art-work or a professional business print-ad and go to: tcwestchoirs.com/ads-and-sponsors. Once there please fill out the necessary information in the ADVERTISEMENT section.   You will be able to donate using “Givebutter”, our secure payment system.  Don’t forget to tell us which student you are supporting.

Sponsorship

Our Sponsorship page features individuals, businesses, and other charitable organizations that do not have camera-ready artwork to supply, but would still like to offer financial support with a donation to the TC West Choir Program.  Sponsorships are listed on the first page of the program.

There are 6 levels of sponsorship:

Soprano - $1000+

Mezzo - $500 - $999

Alto - $250 - $499

Tenor - $150 - $249

Bass - $51 - $149

Green & Gold - Up to $50

There are three ways to submit your ad or sponsorship:

3. Mail a hard copy of your form and payment to-

Payment for the ad or sponsorship can submitted the following ways: 

1. Mailed in to TCWCO address above.

2. Delivered to TC West Choir directors via student (include form and payment)
