Event Description
Mix & Mingle is an open house style concert featuring all of our co-curricular vocal ensembles who will perform music themed this year to that of Jazz and Blues! This event will have food as part of the ticket price. Mix and Mingle is a fundraiser for West Senior High School Choirs. There will be a silent auction to assist in the fundraising. This year we are bringing back the opportunity to participate in a "select your raffle" style option. You simply drop each of your purchased raffle tickets in a bin for a particular item you wish to be in the drawing for to possibly win that item! You'll be tapping your toes to the music while you bid on some fantastic items!
Mix & Mingle will be held on Saturday, February 17th-Doors open at 6:00pm for guests to view all items available in the silent auction as well as for the raffle drawing. Doors open to the performance venue at 6:30pm. Food and entertainment start at 7pm-9pm-ish at the Presbyterian Church of Traverse City. Seats are limited so reserve your table as soon as they go on sale! Tickets will go on sale this Saturday, 1/27 at 10am. Tickets are $30 per seat and $40 for the front 3 tables.

Performers in this event include Cantate Select, Bella Voce, Westmen, Choral-Aires and WMS Madrigals.
On-Site Silent Auction
This year we are returning to a traditional, On-Site Silent Auction. This will assist us in simplifying the delivery process (must be present to win style) and purchase/take home the night of the auction. We are excited to bring you many offerings sure to get those bids going!
