Fundraisers
Traverse City West Choir Parent Organization (TCWCPO) hosts 3 regular fundraising events throughout the school year. These fundraisers generate funds primarily for our vocal scholarships issued in the spring for private voice study as well as vocal music camps. In addition to this, the fundraisers go to support our choral program in defraying costs to our students to participate in events that otherwise cost money to participate. The TCWCPO also assists in defraying costs for travel, special music purchases as well as music enriching experiences such as guest presenters, adjudicators etc.. It is because of these experiences and opportunities that our program continues to grow musically. It is also because of our community partners and support that we are able to create these wonderful opportunities!

Ads and Sponsors is one of the TC WEST Choir program's biggest fundraising efforts. Ads and sponsors is an annual program/roster of our choir programs featuring Seniors and their bios, each choir/ensemble as well as ads and sponsorships from community businesses. These community partners are an integral part of what makes our program successful. Their support provides our students with enriched experiences such as music festivals, conferences and travels abroad. We are eternally grateful for all they do!

Mix & Mingle (winter)
Mix & Mingle or "Blues Buffet" is an open house style concert featuring all of our co-curricular vocal ensembles who will perform jazz/blues style pieces. This year we will look to provide light appetizers as well as desserts. Mix and Mingle is not a typical concert but rather is a fundraiser for West Senior High School Choirs. There is typically a silent auction to assist with the fundraising events. Blues Buffet is sure to get you tapping your toes!

Cabaret is a concert showcasing all the WSH curricular choirs, select ensembles, featured soloists and small ensembles. Due to limited audience space, the same concert will be presented on both evenings - so all students are involved on both nights. This evening is a favorite for both students and attendees alike!
